Training Emphasis - Strength - Power/Endurance - I signed up for the @wodapalooza online-qualifying challenge. I've don't crossfit in the past and I enjoy the premise behind move weight as much as you can within certain parameters and beat the person or team you're going against. - 1st Series is focused on strength with a contrast method implemented into it. 2nd series goes into metabolic conditiong (not pictured) Can I move big weight, fast throughout the course of a 30-45 minute workout with little to now rest?
