Empress Gin * 2 oz. St ~ Germain * Squeeze lemon * 2 - 3 dashes of lavender bitters * Prosecco or Fevertree Elderflower Tonic Water 1. In 2 wine glasses add 2 Abstract Floral Ice Spheres in each glass. 2. In a cocktail beaker or mason jar add Empress Gin, St ~ Germain, squeeze of lemon and lavender bitters. 3.
