⭐Meet the team!⭐ Welcome to our new team member Judy Song, Partner Relations Specialist, Eastern Canada. Judy fostered a love for nature from a young age. She loved being out on the water as her father frequently took her and her sisters on fishing trips around Ontario. While pursuing a BA in Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University, Judy became involved in various pro bono projects working with Indigenous and non-profit organizations, consulting on sustainability and conservation initiatives. After graduation, she headed product launches and promotional campaigns in the telecommunications sector, bridging customer needs and product growth opportunities. She built a strong marketing skill set centered around data-based decision-making and personalized engagement. Judy then decided to return to her core passion for sustainable development and shifted her focus to work on community-based aquaculture and environmental education projects. She is excited to bring her marketing expertise to the Ocean Wise Seafood team to help partners realize both their business and sustainability goals. She looks forward to working together to drive positive change across the seafood supply chain, helping to secure healthy and flourishing oceans for the future – and we couldn’t be happier to have her aboard! 🌊 ⛵
