We've been waiting for this day right here!!!! 💓👏🏽 Today, I got the pleasure of helping @neheemmia register her very own script with the WGA!!!! If you've seen me talk about @kidsinthespotlight -- our Script-to-Screen program is typically done in groups, which made this moment so special. Last year, Myah won the KITS National Short Screenplay Competition with her solo script - #UnexpectedTies - which we produced earlier this year! It premieres Nov. 2 at Paramount Pictures Studios at our KITS Film Awards. 👀✨️ So, today, amongst registering the scripts our groups wrote, cast & starred in this year, I wanted Myah to have the opportunity to register her solo script with the #WGA so she could feel the magnitude of what she's accomplished & know how that process works for future scripts! She's no longer an aspiring writer, fam! She is indeed a screenwriter!!!!! And I had to make sure we documented the occasion!! Congrats again, Myah!! I can't wait to see what you write next!
