❗️25g Salmon Tray Bake❗️ Try this for dinner tonight, and you’ll wake up feeling amazing. Salmon Tray Bake is one from my online training programme. It’s high in protein (25g), it’s food with value, and it is easy to do. Just add 2/3 ingredients every 10mins. These are the sort of wholesome meals you eat on my plans • Olive oil • Salmon fillet, • 6/7 Cherry tomatoes • 1 Red onion • 1 Broccoli • 2/3 Potato, medium • 2tbs Balsamic vinegar • 2 Rosemary stick (fresh) Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas) or 180°C (fan). Peel or wash the potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces and add them to a lined baking tray or dish. Add the oil, season with salt and pepper and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, peel and slice the onion into large wedges. Rinse the tomatoes and broccoli and cut the broccoli into smaller florets. After the potatoes have been in the oven for 10 minutes, add the onion and rosemary to the tray and drizzle balsamic vinegar over. Bake for another 10 minutes. 3. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then add it and the broccoli to the tray and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the fish flakes apart easily. 4. Serve everything together and enjoy!
