Some mornings you can wake up and feel so comfortable in yourself. It’s almost like you have no recollection of what caused you so much anguish. BDD is so wild because I woke up today feeling fine AF. But last night I cried because someone said I looked so healthy now. So I analysed myself over and over. It’s incredible how your mind can create a completely different image/perception of yourself day to day...
