Things I’ve said in therapy sessions this week. Tell me 👇🏼which one(s) resonate or which you needed today. 1️⃣Your body is already telling you what it needs. The hard part is trusting that, instead of comparing yourself or worrying about what others might think. → Because when you listen inward instead of outward, you make choices that are sustainable and actually support your well-being. 2️⃣You’re not starting over — you’re starting from experience and that puts you further ahead than you realize. → Every past attempt gave you skills and insight, and that experience makes you more prepared this time. 3️⃣There’s no universal ‘right’ way to do this. There’s only your way — what fits your life and works for you. → When you stop chasing someone else’s version of success, you free yourself to build something that lasts. 4️⃣Life doesn’t always go according to plan, and that’s okay. What matters is knowing you can pivot when you need to and still be alright. → Flexibility is what allows you to keep going instead of feeling stuck when things don’t go perfectly. 5️⃣This isn’t about getting it perfect — it’s about taking the next small, doable step. That’s what leads to real change. → Perfection keeps you paralyzed; progress moves you forward. 6️⃣Success isn’t about doing it all exactly as planned. It’s about showing up, adjusting when life shifts, and keeping yourself moving forward. → That’s how you build resilience — not by avoiding setbacks, but by learning you can adapt and keep going.
