This place is right there with the best burgers in Brooklyn—sort of a mix between a Bernie’s and a Red Hook Tavern, but ultimately very much its own. Great quality beef (courtesy of Meat Hook butcher shop, from the same owners), cooked a consistent medium rare, and complemented by unique and perfectly-balanced condiments: sungold jam and blistered scallion aioli.
