Attention art lovers! Now through August 18th, visit the new installation by artist Matt Keegan in Court Square Park in #LongIslandCity. The installation includes an 8-foot-tall rectangular perimeter reading, "For a long time this neighborhood was about what will be, and now I think it's about what is."
