I.SIMONS experiments with elements of restrictive societal concepts by encouraging a sense of coherence between culture and innovation. We challenging the stereotypical perception of menswear. Combining multicultural influences and our mastery of Dutch tailoring to infuse our menswearbrand with a distinct notion of luxury. The tension between multi-cultural and innovation is most visible in our brand’s combination of streetwear and high-end fashion, which poses both opportunities and challenges to our brand. As a dedicated menswear brand, we aim to give back to the community by bringing attention to the history of streetwear and the influence of tailoring by deconstructing the former context of menswear. Triggered by the enviromental impact of the fashion industry, We see the perfect opportunity to intergrate utilized deadstock fabrics into our collections.
