From David Engel! @imdavidengel Now THIS was #FULLOUT! 🙌🏼💯💙 I just thought I would look it up, and by chance, the film “The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas” was released 40 years ago this very day! It was joyous! Loved working on it. Here is a link to the Aggie Number from the film. I had worked post production on the film doing looping, and was given Betamax daily’s. The number was cut in half, but I had enough edited versions of it that I was able to reconstruct the whole number that Tony Stevens choreographed. I’m Jersey #10 (before getting naked), and you don’t even need to look too carefully to catch Jerry Mitchell and Jeff Calhoun doing specialty solos in it. And btw, Miss Dolly was as delightful as you could imagine her to be!
