Here it is my first work out of 2023. I didn’t finish it all, I substituted some and I added others. I wanted to enjoy it and get in steady, if I go to hog to fast I know I will quit, self car and change isn’t easy, it takes motivation and desire. My why ... is me. I’m important, the health of my body is important and it’s important to me that I get and stay healthy for my beautiful family. Find your why.
