🤗!?️PLEASE READ... yes these things come into play as we age. Ugh. Can you eat the same things you could as when you were 20 and get away with it? Cuz I sure can’t. 😂 👉 Be sure you’re taking digestive enzymes and a good probiotic for gut health. Stay high protein, natural foods as much as possible. 👉 Get 10 k steps in a day and lift weights 4-5x a week. 👉 OMG, the big one, hormone balance. I know I talk about this constantly, but it’s because it’s so important. Our muscle naturally starts to disappear over age 40 along with our energy & libido. Guess which hormone that is?? Our natural testosterone that men AND women both have. It’s also natures fat burner, & because it declines as we age we also gain fat. Good times! 😂 So get your hormones checked with a wellness doc.
