Today I hit 495lbs

Peeping my form and seeing some areas I can improve upon.
- Why 1 Rep Max? -
1. Creates massive neurological stimulus
(Your body literally is forced to recruit more muscle that is generally... not recruited)and rate coding🤓
2. Great way to challenge your body in a way that other phases of training can't replicate
3. Use that 1 Rep # to apply to your programming (% based lifting)
