Spritz - forthave red aperitivo and day tripper strawberry amaro carbonated with hami strawberry and shiso Bright red and bubbly, our Spritz marries two unconventional aperitivos from our favorite New York distillers Forthave and Matchbook. Those spirits are blended with flavor packed Hami strawberries from our friends at Girl and Dug farms and clarified in a Booker and Dax Spinzall. The ruby liquid is then mixed with Cocchi Americano and Byrrh Quina, chilled way down and carbonated.
