A spontaneous road trip is always welcomed here. Actually… the last one I took was to Michigan to watch the aurora borealis a few months ago. My partner sent me a post that said it would be viewable in some places north of us. I was so excited that I told him I was going with or without him. Thank god he came with. After two hours, I thought, “Boy, I’m exhausted!” By the time he and I got there, 6 hours later, we could only see a glimpse of green in the sky. Lol What we did get was a gorgeous view of the stars unobstructed by light, some shooting stars, a gorgeous sunrise the following morning and a whole lot of me saying next time I’ll plan a little better/sorry! 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️😂
