CARAMILK CHRISTMAS CRACK! Omg this stuff is next level delicious and wickedly addictive. To be honest I’m not even a big fan of Caramilk, but the combination of caramelised white chocolate, salty pretzels and roasted peanuts with pops of dark butter chocolate and salt. Well, it’s damn good and makes a delightful edible Christmas gift. Or just keep in the fridge to share when friends pop in this coming silly season! This is how you can easily make it yourself...👇🏽 To make it, pop your oven on about 100 degrees, line a baking tray with baking paper and top with three blocks of top room temperature Caramilk (or you could use what you like really!) Place in oven for about 5 - 10 mins then use a spatula or knife to smooth out. Check chocolate after 5 - 10 mins, it will be soft to touch and not physically change appearance (eg melt) you need to take out and work chocolate with spatula or knife to spread it out. If it doesn’t spread you may have seized the chocolate so be careful. Top with pretzels (I used the mini ones), dark chocolate buttons (I used Pana Chocolate ones!), roasted peanuts (you could swap for different nuts) and salt flakes. Place in the fridge until firm, then remove from fridge and snap into pieces. You can store in fridge or keep at room temp as long as it’s not too hot. So good, quick, easy and a nice gift or treat for this Christmas! 🎄
