✨ cowboy caviar ✨ I’ve been making some variation of this salad for the better part of a decade - but when cowboy caviar went viral this summer, I couldn’t resist but to tweak my usual recipe. The recipe is pretty straight forward, not really a recipe if you ask me - which makes it my favourite type of recipe 🥲 The key here is a sweet, tangy vinaigrette - don’t skip the lime juice; cumin and oregano add the perfect flavour, and smoky chipotle gives a little kick to this fresh, healthy salad!
