Today on this #flashbackfriday we are taking a look back at the last and final day of the #BeyondingRetreat back in September. Day 3 started with meditation and ended with celebration! The Boulders (@bouldersresort) provided the perfect backdrop to our sunrise ritual and Beyonding Brunch. Watching the sunrise in the heart of the desert allowed for us to truly embody mindfulness and center ourselves enough to envision what we wanted to take away from this experience. From there we got dressed up in our bright, vibrant colors and headed to the Beyonding Brunch where heard from emcee Myra Herring and our two Beyonding Coaches, Dee Letrice and Anika Apple, who poured life into us! Overall, we connected, we reflected and gifted ourselves time to look within. We went BEYOND!
