“Hiša Franko was a remarkable dining experience. It’s extremely casual and precisely the kind of atmosphere I prefer when it comes to fine dining. My favorite courses were the corn beignet stuffed with Trout roe (inspired by the caviar donut from Disfrutar) as well as the lamb tacos and ice cream desert entitled Milk. There were also several memorable small bites consisting of white asparagus and spicy jalapeño that I really enjoyed. We got the full experience by staying above the restaurant after our meal and enjoying a lovely breakfast the next morning. I highly recommend going this route versus dining and dashing. Other highlights from our meal included 1) Exceptional service, Dillon was particularly incredible, 2) @anaros40 was extremely welcoming and involved throughout the meal, 3) Her little dog Prince roamed the restaurant and visited with Bouche on numerous occasions, & 4) The cocktails were very tasty. Overall, my favorite aspect of dining @hisafranko is the casual nature of the experience and the feeling of being a special guest in someone else’s home.
