Mo (left) and her husband Vic (right) are Golden Gate Park regulars. The couple has been ecstatic that the JFK Promenade is here to stay, after San Francisco voters overwhelmingly affirmed its permanent status last week. “It makes the park friendlier,” said Mo, whose favorite park pastimes include cruising, reading, and people watching. Mo, who uses an electric wheelchair, said she never has any trouble getting around. “In the handicap parking lot behind the bandshell, there’s always a lot of space,” she said. And once on the Promenade, she said, “I always go in the street...
