Hi! I’m Kristen. Felt like it was time to properly introduce myself so here are 10 facts about me: 1. I am 29 years old, and will turn 30 in July. WOAH. 2. I am an early intervention speech therapist! I work with kids who are 3-5 years old. It has it’s very tough days (like all jobs), but is extremely rewarding. 3. My husband and I are a dating app success story. 🤣 We met in 2018 and he told my best friend he was going to marry me by month 5. Don’t let the hair fool you, he’s only 31. I truly couldn’t imagine my life without him. 4. We lived in Philly for 4 years and just moved back to the suburbs. 5. I come from a relatively large Irish Catholic family. I am the youngest of 3 sisters and I have 2 nieces and 3 nephews. My Mom is one of 8 and my Dad is one of 7. Most of my family lives very close which is such a blessing. 6. I have ZERO professional training. Just a home cook who has been obsessed with watching food network since I was 12 years old. Moral of the story is, I don’t actually know what I’m doing. 7. I’M SORRY BUT I HATE SEAFOOD. It’s my biggest flaw. 8. I think you’ve figured this out by now, but my favorite food to make is pasta. 9. I have only ever lived within 40 minutes of my childhood home whereas my husband has lived all over the country. 10. This has been SO fun for me and I’m excited to see where it takes me.
