Honestly this birthday surprise was actually very challenging to pull off. For starters I had to essentially not get her anything for her actual birth date lol I needed create the illusion that she wouldn’t be getting anything and to just be happy that we had a trip coming up. I know in her mind she was probably a bit sad since birthdays mean so much to her. From there I had to order the iPad that she’s been saying she wanted to make her work flow much easier since shes tired of dragging around her laptop everywhere. My original plan and idea I couldn’t execute since helium can’t be brought onto a plane and the hotels weren’t really any help. So I ordered candles rose petals her iPad, balloons and even packed a machine to blow up the balloons. I had to pretty much do everything which I don’t mind. I waited until our last day, sent her to the spa. They tired so hard to get me to go with her but in my head I’m like y’all are ruining it lol but it worked out. Until she almost set the room on fire. Leave it to me to get real rose petals and candles lol.
