Being a kid in NYC at Christmas? Pure magic! 🪄 From the dazzling lights to the holiday windows, it’s an experience we’re so grateful to give our son! Traveling with kids can be a lot, but this time we tried something new: giving him responsibility for his own travel gear—and it made a huge difference. He packed his @amtourister R2D2 luggage (how cool is that?) and his @llbean backpack with all the essentials: iPad, books, Hot Wheels, and a few snacks. The best part? He had everything he needed right at his fingertips, which made him feel responsible and gave us one less thing to juggle. Bonus: it kept him entertained during the flight and while waiting at the airport! Pro tip: Let your kids pack their own carry-on with a mix of entertainment, snacks, and comfort items. Not only does it teach responsibility, but it also keeps them engaged in the travel process. And trust me, NYC feels even more magical when everyone is stress-free!
