p r e p a r a t i o n Getting ready for labor felt a lot like preparing for an ultra. In both, there are unknowns and a lot out of your control. I packed easily digestible snacks to keep my energy up (you better believe my go bag was overflowing with @spring_energy ), visualized how I wanted things to go and above all, believed that my body was capable. I surrounded myself with an all star crew (Tyler and my mom) and my friend Marianne even made me the same refreshing essential oils wash clothes she made @runwidkeel for Western States.
