Sometimes you just a reset. I was feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and disconnected. So I booked a flight knowing intuitively that something needed to shift. I didn’t expect to land and be alone for the first three days but as it turns out God gave me space to slow down, to breathe, to explore a new city on my own terms. No pressure. No plans. Just presence. And somehow that was the beginning of coming back to myself.
