yet coming off was hands down one of the best choices I made for my health 😅 I was scared to come off at first because I know it can be tough while everything balances out again. And to be 100% honest, I did break out at first. But by supporting my body with vitamins (probiotics are must because the pill kills your gut health), eating a touch healthier and finding a good skin care routine, I was back on my feet! My mental health improved. My overall mood improved. My fatigue & brain fog cleared. I will never go back! ❤️ ps. I fully believe that the pill should always be an option for anybody who wants to use it & I fully understand the role it plays in keeping people who menstruate safe & comfortable. If you take the pill, there is no judgement here but I think it's so important that we listen to our bodies when it tells us something is off! 💚
