**SYDNEY** Want to see what I got up to last weekend? .... Friday afternoon after a day of clients I rushed to the airport to catch my flight to Sydney Made it there in the nick of time to only find out after boarding it’s been delayed an hour - so we just sat there staring out at the baggage handlers.. Got to Sydney - and had a night staying with @marthamok_makeuphair who lived right across the beach which meant early Morning beach walk watching the sun rise OVER THE OCEAN (instead of our Regular sunset over the ocean in WA) before heading to... @beautyexpoaustralia Day 1 - hairstyling my signature glam waves on @ellacervetto for @isabelle.de.vries.beauty and then snatching a pony so tight on @liiiiilia with the huge help of @paulahibbardhair we didn’t even need face tape for @merton_muaremi_makeup Then Sunday - Beauty Expo Day 2 Hairstyling again for Isabelle De Vries on @kalkidanchina, watching @raemorrismakeup explain the science of the phi eye then taking bts snaps and videos for Martha Mok Then rushing back to the hotel to get ready for Sunday night ABIA/AMIA Gala Awards run by @mochabeautyaustralia where I was one of the Top 10 finalists for Bridal Makeup! (No I didn’t win unfortunately - hopefully next time!!) Monday - was meant to be nursing a hangover but instead - spent the day SHOPPING with @jigishapatelmua til we dropped - 13,000 steps later we ended up the night having (not so good) pasta with Martha + Melcome. Upside - we got our money back thanks to Martha!! Then Tuesday morning packup and headed back home to Perth - albeit super tired and living on the last dregs of no sleep. And adrenaline - plus lots of caffeine and a super satisfaction of another year of the expo and awards done and dusted! Phew!
