Estos soportes nos ayudarán a capturar el “momentum” de la Primavera nativa Chilena y el otoño Español actuales en simultáneo. Haciendo énfasis en la gran variedad de ingredientes que existen en la naturaleza en el planeta, la variedad es verdaderamente infinita. No es necesario enfocarnos en una sola familia ni especie. Si utilizamos ingredientes atípicos también pueden ser inmensamente deliciosos y provocativos, a veces vale la pena dar un paso más para movernos adelante.
