Planning documentation points in the direction of an additional 360 units in a project titled ‘The Pearl II’, which will sit next door to the current Pearl apartment building. In the documents that surfaced separately a low-rise boutique hotel is also planned to host 145 rooms. • These projects join the list of two previous projects planned at the Heights, which include an office tower and a residential building. The Heights has had a significant impact on Tampa, especially with the redevelopment of Armature Works, now to think they’re gearing up to quadruple their footprint! 🤯 1. Heights Union Lofts: A 24-story mixed-use Tower that hosts 360 units along with a 30,000 Sf Sprouts Grocer (currently opened), an additional 9,800 Sf of retail space, and a parking garage with over 1,000 spaces. 2. Block 4 Office Building: 279,000+ Sf of space including nearly 20,000 dedicated to retail and an integrated parking structure. 3. The Pearl II: A mixed-use residential building that ranges from 4 to 7 floors with 360 units of more than likely rental apartments. Spanning across the pedestrian interaction level will be 35,200 Sf of retail space. 4. Boutique Hotel: A 7-floor hotel building along N. Tampa St. believed to host the Marriott brand ‘Moxy’ will have 145-rooms.
