When should you hire someone? 👨‍💻 I will be totally honest with you, before I hired my first person I didn't think I would need them, I thought I could do everything on my own and save my money. But wow I was wrong, I can't emphasize the impact these two people have had in my business. They gave me the confidence and skills to bring my business further in growth. They brought ideas, structure, solutions and without them I would have been stagnant. Not only have they brought me great support and success, but it has been amazing to share all my goals with them. Yes I could have saved money and did all the work myself, but I would never be where I am today without taking the risk of hiring them. You can up-level your business by bringing someone on to your team with a different skill set. It can also give you back time to do all the things you are great at. So was I ever ready to hire someone? Well, no but the risk quickly turned to reward for me and I couldn't imagine my life without these two supporting me and my business.
