What level are you at with your mobility? (This specific post is geared towards those who perform the Olympic lifts). To be truly comfortable in a position, to OWN that position, and for it to be optimally usable, you should have some . EXCESS range and/or ability. If you do not spend some time BEYOND that range or increase the difficulty of the position, vour body will ingrain (or "cement") to a limited range. For example, the life-long powerlifter who only ever squats to his competition standard of "parallel" will likely be limited to that specific depth and those ranges in the ankles and knees. . Another example would be improving towards the harder levels of this post in order to have an easier time accessing the range needed for snatches and jerks. .
