The crunchiest chips (and the dip of your dreams ✨)
No explanation needed here, just save your pickle bring and make these chips 🥲
Made these for @foodnetworkca recently, and they’ve been on repeat at home since!
Here’s how:
Recipe:
5 small russet potatoes
One jar of pickle brine, or enough to cover the potatoes
1 tsp dried dill
Salt to taste
avocado oil, for spraying
1. Wash and dry the potatoes. Slice thinly and place in a medium sized bowl.
2. Cover the potatoes with pickle brine, refrigerate for one hour.
3. Strain the potatoes, place them on paper towels and pat dry completely.
4. Season with dill and a quick spray of oil.
5. Air fry in two batches, on 390F for 15-20 minutes (depending on the air fryer). Check on and flip/shake the chips every 5 minutes.
6. Season with salt while hot.
Dip
3/4 cup full fat Greek yogurt
2 tsp grated parmesan
1/4 tsp cayenne, to taste
1 Tbsp finally chopped chives
1/4 tsp salt, to taste
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1. Mix every thing up and enjoy!
