It all started with... us working at the same corporate commercial real estate company in 2020. We were posting our 30-minute strength & HIlT workouts and meal prep on IQ & slowly started to gain a following. We would go to the gym during our lunch break or after work together to film our workouts & host IG live workouts. We've helped postpartum moms gain their confidence, women who have never worked out before see muscle for the first time, and helped women find a sustainable way to see results.
