Mullein Torch Tutorial ✨🌿🕯️ In a clear and open space or outside light your mullein torch to meditate, cleanse your energy field and bring in a fresh new start. Today we are celebrating the Spring Equinox and cosmic new year with the sun moving into Aries (a fire sign). Many cultures use fire as a symbol of purification and renewal. For this ritual you will need two dishes, one to place your mullein torch on and the other to put your torch out. Find the flatter end of your torch and light the opposite end and allow the wax to drip and collect on your open dish. Once the wax has collected place the flat unburned end of the torch onto to wax to stick. Now relight the burnt end until it completely catches fire. Allow yourself to open up and gaze into the fire. Sit comfortably, rest or stand and sway back and forth to move the energy (depending on what is needed). The energy of the fire🔥 is potent, stay grounded and aware. When you are ready to put the torch out, gently pull the torch free from the wax seal and plunge fire side into a cup with sand, ash, dirt, rice or tiny rocks. Never leave unattended.
