I wonder all the time.. "What would my life be like today, If my Father was here with us today..." If you know me well, you know this week is always a tough one for me. Losing my Father unexpectedly was the most painful event I had ever endured. For everyone that asks me "How do you do it? Where do you find the energy & motivation to keep on?" Answer: It's how I honor my Father... Everyday. I don't care if I'm tired, busy, overwhelmed, sad... Nothing is handed to you in this life so I'm going to keep going and work for it. A year ago today, the Phillipine news outlet known as @abscbn put together this piece. With their help, I was able to pay homage to my Father for all of the life lessons passed on to me. Thank you @kapwakollektive for bringing this full circle. At the time, I only shared this w/ my Family when it aired - but I wanted to share this with you all today. My Father was one of a kind, and I miss him dearly. Dad, this is for YOU! Until we meet again...We still got work to do. On the hunt.
