10 weeks since I started to feel kinda off; 5 weeks since my first diagnosis (Lyme): 4 weeks since my second diagnosis (mono, concurrent with Lyme, which I don’t recommend); and 20 pounds lighter (12 of them muscle): my first day back in a gym. (Felt good. 😀💪) Thanks @lifetime.life
