On tonight’s menu... 1x Claytony Pepperoni 1x Classic Margherita 1x Hawaiian Learnings: Dough not as light and puffy as hoped for as I went into full panic mode when I ran out of 00 flour and had to add regular flour. Dough spent 16hrs in the fridge and 2hrs room temp. Claytony Pepperoni Pizza was fire but no need for an extra Olive Oil drizzle. Was a little too oily.
