I have had a hard time to get words out. I’m not sure how I could even remotely honor you in the way my heart would like to. At the moment, what feels best for me to say is I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH daddy. We have always been a unit. To me, you were always invincible. And while I still can’t fully comprehend or fathom what this new normal is right now, in my heart I believe it is only but a second, in comparison to the time that we will have together one day. Because we have so many adventures left together. You were the glue. You ARE the glue. The strongest ,yet the softest and most tender. You have given me lifetimes and lifetimes of pure unconditional love in the time we have had on this earth together. A part of me wants to believe, that maybe you always had a whisper from god in your ear, because TIME was always on your heart. We had the best of it together here. We made the best of it here. I love our adventures. Someone told me that the pain and grief turns into more love. Which I’m holding close. My love for you grows each day. The love we have, that you and mom have , is a bond that even passing cannot part. There isn’t a day that I want to walk, where I don’t carry you with me in every step, on every adventure. You are my best friend, So tomorrow when I wake, I will talk to you and smile because In my heart I know you will be right by my side. That’s what carries me through my days.
