Balance is everything. The way Ando's work juxtaposes Earth with Sky reflects my own perpetual process to seek balance between grounding and elevation. Too much Earth and you're static, stuck, "stoned". Too much Air and you're lost, adrift, disconnected. They say the middle path is never in the middle, so I dance between opposites, with respiration as my metronome.
