hot take: I actually don’t like the word “wellness” 🤣🤣so I felt inclined this morning to share a few beliefs that I live by. In a world where it feels so overwhelming, oversaturated, and unattainable.. reminder that wellness is simple. And it’s finding what YOU thrive on!!!!
