I thought I was okay.. but i was exhausted. I thought I could put my head down.. and just shrink down until it all got better somehow.. but then my body shut down. I got a stress rash all over. My body had broke, and when I realized it- I learned in that moment how to stick up for myself. I learned enough was enough.
