It is with a sad, heavy heart that I need to tell you all that Natural Wellness Box will be closing, and our Uplift Collection is our final collection. I have written this post in my head a few times, and each time I’ve wondered what to say to you all, as I have some loyal subscribers who have been with us for years and I really don’t want to disappoint anyone😭 The truth is, the last year has been very tough, and sadly we aren’t in a position to carry on. Since starting Natural Wellness Box we steadily increased month on month, then lockdown came and sales increased even more! It was great! We moved to fulfilment and things where getting better! Then May last year after restrictions lifted we had a massive drop in sales, and then in October we moved everything back in house as sales where dropping too much to cover any extra costs. Since then, it’s been fighting a loosing battle - Instagram has changed a lot and unless you spend thousands on ads, small businesses just aren’t being seen. People’s shopping habits have changed and the cost of living has increased, making it more challenging for us to generate the sales we need. I’m so so sad it has come to this, but I’m hoping as one door closes another door will be opening, as I will be continuing to provide freelance support for small indie beauty & wellness brands at an affordable, flexible rate (more on this in future, keep your eyes peeled!) In the meantime, our Uplift Collection will be available for £38 without subscription. All subscriptions will be cancelled and I will contact all who has a prepaid subscription to arrange refunds or extra boxes. I’ll be sending an email later today too with the announcement (seeing as Instagram doesn’t like to show our posts!). We will still be here a bit longer yet as we still have some love to share for the brands in our latest collection and if you’ve signed up to our emails, you’ll receive our latest exclusive brand discounts too!
