I like to break my goals down into smaller actionable steps. The smaller the step the more obtainable it is to me. Then I just take it one day at a time.
With fitness my goal was never to lose weight. It was to live a healthier lifestyle. I knew losing weight was the by product of that. So I created a new habit by taking an hour a day to include some type of fitness. Then I took that and found areas I could improve on. The results were the motivation. I’m down 120lbs, I’ve sustained my habits and healthy lifestyle and I still find ways to continue to motivate myself and be excited to hit the gym every morning at 430 6x a week. It’s called discipline. The stronger my discipline is, the more success I find within my reach. Not just in fitness but in life. Find your why, strengthen your discipline, set goals and knock them shits tf down!
