3-Step No-Bake Nut Butter Bites by @chloeevegan 🤍⁠ ⁠ ⁠ A snack that has it all? Here is it 🤌! No-bake, vegan, refined sugar-free, gluten-free, oil-free, protein-packed, easy to make and, most importantly, SO DAMN DELISH!!⁠ ⁠ Recipe:⁠ Nut Butter Bite:⁠ - 1 Cup Crunchy Nut Butter of Choice (I used Peanut Butter)⁠ - 1 Cup Almond Meal⁠ - 1/2 Cup Oat Milk⁠ - 1/3 Cup Rice Malt Syrup⁠ - 1/3 Cup Protein powder (optional) - 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract⁠ ⁠ Chocolate Coating:⁠ - 120g Dark Chocolate⁠ - Salt⁠ ⁠ 1. Mix together all nut butter bite ingredients in a large bowl. Mixture should be thick and smooth. Scoop into a 12-hole silicon tray, smooth over the tops with the back of a wet spoon and set in the freezer for 2-3 hours.⁠ 2. Place chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 20 seconds increments, stirring after each, until fully melted.⁠ 3. Remove nut butter bites from the freezer and using a skewer or fork, dunk each into the chocolate. Place onto a lined baking tray, sprinkle over a pinch of salt and set in the freezer for 5 minutes. Enjoy! Store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
