3-Step No-Bake Nut Butter Bites by @chloeevegan đ¤â

A snack that has it all? Here is it đ¤! No-bake, vegan, refined sugar-free, gluten-free, oil-free, protein-packed, easy to make and, most importantly, SO DAMN DELISH!!â

Recipe:â
Nut Butter Bite:â
- 1 Cup Crunchy Nut Butter of Choice (I used Peanut Butter)â
- 1 Cup Almond Mealâ
- 1/2 Cup Oat Milkâ
- 1/3 Cup Rice Malt Syrupâ
- 1/3 Cup Protein powder (optional)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extractâ

Chocolate Coating:â
- 120g Dark Chocolateâ
- Saltâ

1. Mix together all nut butter bite ingredients in a large bowl. Mixture should be thick and smooth. Scoop into a 12-hole silicon tray, smooth over the tops with the back of a wet spoon and set in the freezer for 2-3 hours.â
2. Place chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 20 seconds increments, stirring after each, until fully melted.â
3. Remove nut butter bites from the freezer and using a skewer or fork, dunk each into the chocolate. Place onto a lined baking tray, sprinkle over a pinch of salt and set in the freezer for 5 minutes. Enjoy! Store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
