focusing on eating whole foods and things that are going to nourish my body. last weekend, my body felt awful and out of whack. my bloating was the worst I had ever seen and I was in physically pain from poor digestion. reflecting on my diet, I personally felt like I could reduce the amount of processed foods I eat throughout the week and choose anti-inflammatory foods instead. I will still eat everything in moderation (trust me) but prioritizing my gut health will have a learning curve
