Stuffed shells weren’t a product we manufactured when we first started in this business — but when we won a state bid, we had to find a way to make it happen. With little money and no knowledge of where to source the right machinery, we had no equipment, no setup, and no real roadmap. But we were determined to make it work. So we improvised. We found Cool Whip containers and turned them into makeshift tools to stuff shells. And when the work felt impossible, the whole neighborhood showed up.
