4 years of recovery and still not perfect but im proud of how far ive come. cannot believe these are things i actually posted and im so sad for that 16 year old girl that neglected her body for the sake of being accepted. recovery is possible, and although it’s one of the hardest things ive ever had to do, im grateful everyday that i finally decided to put my health and happiness first. please remember that the comments you make can completely crumble a persons self esteem and self worth. the things you say can change the course of someones life. in a world where its too easy to be cruel, choose kindness.
