Now that I’ve been home a few days, I’ve finally had time to process my time at @vikasayoga I am so grateful for the time I spent there and left with a heart so full. It is genuinely difficult to put these experiences into words because it’s something you can only feel when you’re in them. I spent ages thinking about this caption, or how I’d begin to describe my time. It would take way too long to share it all, so instead, here are a few of my journal entries from those 12 days: • move and live with more intention, slower, softer & more present. To teach, practice, connect, and love with deeper awareness • dare to stay • be grateful, have this space and time, to grow, to learn, to be • to allow myself to feel, to need, to want • focus on feeling instead of thinking through it, focus on the positives & dream with no hesitation, hold your desire but know we cannot control the exact way there.
