Here’s a simple arm routine for y’all (also works abs & glutes!) This is a great band workout you can do anytime/anywhere! Lucky likes to play with the band 🐱
* grab a band loop it around something sturdy (I’m using my kitchen table)
* squat with rows 15-20 reps
* one arm lat pulls 15-20 reps each side
* triceps overhead press 20 reps 10 with each leg forward
Totally DR friendly and great to think of keeping core strong throughout and use your breath!
